Our rules are pretty straightforward - act with respect to others in the community. Keep your posts to the appropriate boards (especially when you’re making a case for how awesome your picks are). Keep your posts positive and polite - this means no personal attacks, trolling, spamming etc. Violation of the rules will mean a warning, suspension, or possibly an outright ban. We’re all here to be involved in a premiere Startup competition - to be in on the latest developments, learn, make some points ourselves, and make connections. Keeping the conversation polite will make it work. Don’t mistake it, there will likely be some fierce debates - but let’s make those about the startups and the market, not the individuals.

I just heard about startupicon.tv at the Hacker Dojo in person. My name is Balazs Schreil. My background is in Human-Computer Interaction. I started my own company, named False Front Interactive, for which I designed 9 web applications. I am trying to get funded.
